Our expert engineers provide technical consultation and pre-sale planning advice, such as generator type selection, component procurement, and engine room design. We also answer questions about issues customers face and provide related technical guidance.
After receiving customer notification, our company will send professional technical staff to the installation site to provide installation guidance, generator adjustment, and assist customers with acceptance procedures.

Note:
Warranty period: one year or 1000 cumulative operating hours (whichever comes first). Any damage caused by manufacturer assembly errors, improper design, or material selection is covered by the supplier.
Wear parts and regularly used generator components, such as those damaged due to improper use or poor maintenance, are not covered under warranty. After the warranty period, all parts are sold at cost, and our team will repair on-site or at the factory until the generator operates normally.
